At Ace Eat Serve’s heart is a comfortable and airy dining room overlooked by the open kitchen and chef’s counter from which Executive Chef, Thach Tran, showcases a modern and exciting style of Asian cuisine. Exploring authentically inspired Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, and Japanese cuisine has helped create a culinary identity through our dishes. Finally, Ace Eat Serve’s indoor/outdoor bar and vast patio round out the experience, offering a communal space for large groups to gather for happy hour and outdoor seating. With a focus on craft cocktails, a well-edited beer selection, and an extensive list of Japanese whisky, the Ace bar team can provide the perfect accompaniment for the Asian-inspired cuisine of Chef Tran and Executive pastry chef Michael Kurowski.
