Umai Express is a Japanese Fusion Food Trailer that serves our specially crafted rice and noodle bowls, handcrafted flavored fries, and delicious gyoza dumplings.  We are co-founded by two partners, executive chef Nelson Henry and business manager Michael Spencer.
