Mile High Asian Food Week (April 27 - May 3, 2025) is a week-long celebration of Colorado’s growing AANHPI culinary scene that kicks off AANHPI Heritage Month.
AANHPI-owned food and beverage businesses are invited to participate in the 3rd Annual Mile High Asian Food Week (MHAFW)! Participate by offering secret menu items, pre-fixed menus, and discounts, as well as team up with other collaborators for events and pop-ups, during the food week.
By submitting an application, you agree to allow the MHAFW team to publicly post the information provided.
Important Dates
By January 19, 2025, Vendor Application Opens
By February 28, 2025, Vendors Application Closes
By March 1, 2025, Vendors are notified of their status to participate
Application Form Instructions

To be eligible to participate, you must complete and submit the application form by February 28, 2025.

If your restaurant of the same name has several locations, you only need to submit one application.

If you own restaurants with different names, you must submit an application for each different brand or concept.

Once you’ve submitted your completed and submitted your application:

You’ll receive a follow-up email to either clarify information and/or to confirm that you have successfully completed your application.

You’ll receive notification of the status of your application by March 1, 2025.

Support a great cause: 10% of your registration fee goes to CACEN and the development of the Social Fabric Community Center, a resource supporting Colorado’s Asian communities.
Vendor registration:

$75 for smaller vendors and restaurants (think family-run businesses with a handful of staff, under $100,000 operating budget, and less than 2,000 social media followers).

$100 for larger operations with a bigger social media presence, larger budgets, or multiple locations.
